Simply put, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also known as tapping, is a powerful self-help tool that, once you know how to do it properly, can be used daily to reduce negative emotion to help you live a healthier, happier life.

Having experienced the benefits first hand, I am passionate about Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)/Tapping, hence my training, becoming a Certified EFT Practitioner and making it part of my daily practice. ‘Rewires’ the brain.

By sending calming signals to the amygdala, which is the stress centre of the brain (responsible for fight or flight), EFT works to rerwire the brain. This allows both the body and brain to release limitations from negative experiences, emotions and thoughts that hold us back from creating the life we want.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)/Tapping uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, and combines them with acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on 12 acupuncture points.
